The streets of Etna illuminate to welcome the holiday season on the day after Thanksgiving!
Festivities begin with a hometown parade escorting Santa down Butler Street from Maplewood through Elk Way! The evening features a host of family fun, including trolley rides, live reindeer, children’s games, balloon artist, photo booth, Christmas card collection for the armed forces, and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus as well as Olaf and friends! Live entertainment will be provided by the Pine Creek Community Band and strolling musicians, and a dramatic holiday reading of The Night Before Christmas, and children receive a free book! The grand finale at the ballfield includes the Fire Department’s Open House with a toasty bonfire and a magical Zambelli fireworks display!
Shops and eateries stay open to offer special treats, and the Borough’s seasonal lights are lit to transform downtown Etna into a winter wonderland! Free and open to the public.
